Introduction You often need to find a particular word or a phrase in a document, and replace it with another. For instance, while preparing similar contract documents for different companies, you might need to use an existing document and replace the name of the existing company in the document with another company's name. You might also want to replace every instance of a particular italicized text with bolded text. It is a very tedious job to manually locate such a word in a document, especially if the document is quite long, and replace it with another word or formatting style.
