You can view several reports that help you determine the learners’ progress through assigned courses, course completion status, and measure ROI.
You can view reports about users' performances in training courses via the View Report section on the My Training Center screen.
User Activity Report
This report displays the number of courses viewed by the users and the number of mastery modules attempted. You can click the number of mastery modules attempted to display the Mastery Module Performance Report of the user. Similarly by clicking the number of courses viewed, you can generate Usage Report of the corporate learner.
Mastery Module Performance Report
This report displays the mastery module performance of corporate learners and includes details like number of questions attempted and the score achieved. Select the corporate learner from the Select Trainee: drop-down list first, to view the mastery module performance for that learner.
Usage Report
This report indicates the time spent by a corporate learner on the course assigned to him/her. Select the corporate learner from the Select Trainee: drop-down list first, to view the Usage Report for that learner.
Course Feedback Report
The Course Feedback report indicates the evaluation rating of courses by corporate users. The report includes information, number of courses assigned, number of courses taken by a user, number of courses successfully completed, average time spent on each course, and the number of courses rated. The report lists the most popular course in the pack based on the average ratings for each course provided by corporate learners.
