1. To assign training, you need to first create learners. Either you, as a corporate administrator, or your manager can create learners.

All tasks related to creating users, assigning licenses and courses, and generating reports are performed via the My Training Center screen.
  
Training can only be taken by a corporate learner.
My Training Center

After you create a manager, the manager can log on to create users for his/her division and assign courses to them.

Note: If you do not specify the number of licenses to be allocated to the manager while creating the manager’s user ID, you can allocate licenses later using the Assign licenses to Manager link under Manage Users on the My Training Center screen.

2. Assign technical/non-technical license or assign a premium pack.
After creating learners, you can assign courses (technical/Non-Technical Licenses) to them by using the Assign Courses link on the My Training Center screen.

Assign Courses

The Assign Courses link displays the Assign Courses screen that displays the number of licenses (technical / non-technical) left remaining with you. Select the user to whom you want to assign the courses. Next, mark the course(s) that you want to assign to the selected user from the course list and click the Assign Courses button at the end of the course list.

To assign premium packs use Assign Premium Packs link on the My Training Center screen.

Users that are created by the managers, will be assigned courses by their respective managers.
